15-Minute Systems Fit Call

Bring me the problem. Fifteen minutes.

Book a free 15-minute call. You do not need to know which service you need or have anything prepared. We figure out whether and how I can help, and if it is a fit, you get a fixed-scope proposal.

What happens on the call

Four things, in fifteen minutes.

  1. I learn what you needWhat is going on, what is getting in the way, and what you have tried.
  2. You tell me how you want to solve itYour timing, the tools you use, and how hands-on you want to be.
  3. I tell you whether and how I can helpA straight answer. If I am not the right fit, I will say so and point you somewhere useful if I can.
  4. If it is a fit, a fixed-scope proposalThe work, the deliverables, the timeline and one price, in writing. No obligation.

Good things to bring: the problem in your own words, the tools you use today, and anything you have already tried. Not required.

Straight to the point

A real conversation, not a pitch.

The call is for figuring out fit. Projects are fixed-scope with one price in a written proposal, so you know the cost before any work starts.

Common questions

Is the call really free?

Yes. It is 15 minutes, free, and about fit. It is not a sales script and not free consulting. If I am not the right person, I will say so.

Do I need to know which service I want?

No. Bring the problem. Part of the call is working out which path fits: Job Cost Ready, Systems Setup and Cleanup, Get Paid Faster, AI and Automation, Customer Financing, or something else.

What happens after the call?

If it is a fit, I send a fixed-scope proposal with the work, the deliverables and one price. You decide. There is no obligation.

I have a job costing question. Is this the same call?

Yes. It is the same 15-minute call and the same booking link. If you like, take the free Job Cost Readiness Scorecard first and bring your readout.
