Service 03 · Close more of the jobs you quote
Give customers a way to say yes.
When a good estimate stalls on price, a payment option can be the difference. I help you research third-party customer financing programs, compare them against your business, set up the one you choose, and build it into your quote-to-close process so your team offers it the same way every time.
Fixed-scope project. You get one price in a written proposal after the call.
Sound familiar?
This is for you if you are saying:
Contractors and home-service businesses with larger tickets.
- Customers love the quote and then stall on price.
- We have no way to offer payment options.
- Follow-up after the estimate is hit or miss.
What I set up
- Defining what you need from a financing program: job sizes, customer types, how it fits your estimates and how funds arrive
- Researching and comparing third-party customer financing programs side by side against those requirements
- Setting up the program you choose: application links, how it appears on estimates and proposals, and how approvals reach the job record
- Quote-to-close workflow: estimate delivery, follow-up sequence, payment options, e-signature and handoff to production
- CRM and estimating tool setup so every quote gets followed up and every signed job moves on cleanly
- Sales SOPs and a short script for presenting payment options consistently
What you walk away with
- Requirements and a side-by-side comparison of financing programs
- The chosen program set up in your sales process and tools
- A documented quote-to-close workflow with follow-up
- Sales SOP and team training
How the project runs
Diagnose, design, implement, verify, stabilize.
- DiagnoseLook at recent estimates: how they were delivered, followed up, and where customers stalled.
- DesignDefine financing requirements and the quote-to-close workflow. Agree a fixed scope.
- ImplementResearch and compare programs, set up the one you choose, and configure the sales workflow in your tools.
- VerifyRun real estimates through the new process and check that approvals and signed jobs land where they should.
- StabilizeSales SOP, a short script, training and a follow-up check.
Ongoing support is available after a project if you want it.
Tools I work in
I work in the tools you already have where they can support the process. These are tools I have worked in; it is not a list of partnerships, and I do not resell software.

Where my work stops. I am not a lender, loan broker or financial advisor, and I do not arrange loans or recommend financing to your customers. Financing is provided by third-party programs under their own terms. You choose the program; I help you research, compare and set it up. Confirm disclosure, advertising and licensing requirements with the provider and your attorney.

A few straight answers.
Do you provide or arrange financing?
No. I am not a lender, broker or financial advisor. I help your business research and compare third-party customer financing programs, then set up the one you choose and build it into your sales process.
Will offering financing close more jobs?
No result is guaranteed. Payment options can remove a price objection for some customers. The bigger change usually comes from consistent follow-up and a clear quote-to-close process, which is part of this work.
What about disclosures and advertising rules?
Those depend on the program and where you operate. Confirm them with the financing provider and your attorney. I make sure the process your team follows matches what the provider requires.
