Service 05 · Practical, reviewed, documented

Practical AI and automation, set up so it actually helps.

AI and automation can take real work off your team: drafting, summarizing, follow-up, data entry and status updates. They can also create new problems when nobody reviews the output. I help you find the use cases that are worth it, set them up with clear review points, and teach your team how to use them.

Fixed-scope project. You get one price in a written proposal after the call.

Sound familiar?

This is for you if you are saying:

Owners who want practical help, not hype.

  • Everyone says we should use AI. Where?
  • We retype the same information all day.
  • I am worried about automating the wrong thing.

What I set up

  • A short review of where time goes: repetitive entry, follow-up, drafting, document review and reporting
  • A prioritized list of AI and automation use cases, with where human review is required and where automation would add risk
  • Automations inside your existing tools: CRM follow-up, task creation, notifications, document generation and handoffs
  • AI-assisted workflows for drafting, summarizing, research and spreadsheet analysis, with written prompts, inputs, outputs and review checkpoints
  • Guardrails: what data can and cannot go into AI tools, and who checks the output
  • Short training and a one-page guide for each workflow

What you walk away with

  • A prioritized AI and automation roadmap
  • Configured automations and AI-assisted workflows, tested on real work
  • Usage guardrails and review checkpoints in writing
  • A one-page guide per workflow and a short team training

How the project runs

Diagnose, design, implement, verify, stabilize.

  1. DiagnoseLook at where time goes and which tasks repeat, and which ones carry risk if they go wrong.
  2. DesignPick the few use cases worth doing, define inputs, outputs and review points, and agree a fixed scope.
  3. ImplementBuild the automations and AI-assisted workflows in the tools you already use.
  4. VerifyRun them on real work and check the output before anyone relies on it.
  5. StabilizeGuardrails, short guides and training so the team uses them safely and consistently.

Ongoing support is available after a project if you want it.

Tools I work in

I work in the tools you already have where they can support the process. These are tools I have worked in; it is not a list of partnerships, and I do not resell software.

A few straight answers.

Where should a small business start with AI?

Start with repetitive work that is easy to check: drafting routine messages, summarizing notes, organizing information and first-pass analysis. Avoid automating decisions that carry financial, legal or customer risk without a person reviewing them.

Do you build custom AI software?

No. I set up practical workflows using AI tools and the automation features already in your CRM, project and productivity tools, with written review steps.

Is our data safe?

Part of the work is writing down what information can and cannot go into AI tools, and choosing settings and tools that fit. Specific privacy or regulatory questions go to the appropriate professional.
